What is the return Policy?

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and placed in secure packaging.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. The money may take 3 – 5 business days days for the refund to appear in your account.

How Fast Will I receive my package?

Once we receive your order, we will fulfill the order within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS ground and may take between 2-7 business days from ship date to arrive. You will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking number so you may track your order.

Where are the products made?

All our products are made in Sri Lanka, a country in Asia located off the coast of India. Majority of the products, like our bags, are made using locally sourced materials from reeds growing in the rice fields to hand woven cloth. We use very minimal amounts of metal and leather.
